Privacy policy

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, email address, the service you are interested in and your project description. Company name, budget, timeline, preferred contact method and a reference link are optional.

When you leave a review we keep your name, the optional company name, your rating and your words. Once the studio approves it, the review is shown on this site with that name and company. It stays until you ask us to remove it, which we do promptly.

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss your project. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

The enquiry and review forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person is sending them. To limit repeated submissions we keep a one-way code made from your network address, never the address itself.

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Backups are kept for a further 14 days.

Only the studio can read enquiries. Data is stored with our hosting and database providers, and enquiry notifications are delivered through a transactional email provider.

You can ask us to show or delete the information you sent at any time by contacting the studio.
